Privacy Policy

Short version

The Martial Archive does not use third-party analytics, does not set advertising cookies, does not run tracking scripts, and does not sell reader data. The only personal information we hold is what you voluntarily send us by email.

Server logs

Our web server records standard access information — IP address, request path, referrer, user agent, and timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a rolling window of 30 days and are not used for analytics, profiling, or advertising.

Email you send us

If you email us a correction, enquiry, or takedown request, we read it, file it, and keep it long enough to resolve the matter. We do not add your address to any mailing list.

Cookies

We do not set first-party cookies for tracking. A session cookie may exist if an editor signs in to manage the site, but that cookie is never set for public readers.

Athlete data

The factual competition records published on this site (name, country, weight class, contest outcomes) are drawn from public international judo competition archives. These are the results of public events conducted under IJF rules. If you are an athlete and wish to request a correction, see the Contact page.
